Reviews to Seoul Soon Dae
Seoul Soon Dae has really nice decor. Their soon dae (Korean sausage made of rice, pig intestine, and cooked in pig's blood) and jok bal (pig's feet) are delicious and so are all of the dishes with soon dae in it. However, a lot of the other dishes are mediocre.

I love soondae and this is the only place where I'll go for it. Their soondae bokkeum is my favorite, but if you don't like spicy food, then you shouldn't try it. Some of their other dishes are pretty good too, but if I go there, I always get soondae because it's juicy and the seasoning is perfect to my taste. The soondae soup is pretty good too if you like all the other intestines that come with the soup. My only complaint is that some of the employees look extremely unhappy and it's hard to face them.

I love soondae. Grew up eating it in Korea. Unfortunately, most soondae these days in the US are cheapened versions with way too much noodles and not enough flavor and pork blood filling. I was hoping to find a very good authentic soondae based on the name of the restaurant but I was disappointed. Not enough pork blood filling and too much noodle. Tastes like the ones I can buy from the local Korean supermarkets (cheap and tasteless). A good soondae should have good amount of pork filling and not only noodles! Also, it should melt in your mouth and not have the texture of jello! Price was very reasonable.
