I called to get my site surveyed - I spoke to Matt - He gave me an appointment and they never came. When we called back to see if they could come again he lied to my boss saying i hung up on him. When I called him back to try and schedule a new appointment - he yelled and cursed at me on the phone saying he doesnt want to deal with us because our 23+ location company doesnt interest him nor do we give him enough business. Matt was yelling so hard that everyone in the office heard him through the phone and it wasnt even on speaker. He was saying i was keeping him from going on vacation. The call happened on a Friday at 230p
There are other companies that are much nicer that value their customers.... I wouldnt go to them
