If you're a landlord and you have a decent apartment for rent in maspeth/middle village area , you should be ashamed of yourself for listing with these agents . All the do is advertise on the same websites anyone else could advertise , and for picking up the phone and setting up an appointment I have to pay them thousands of dollars ? Just list it yourself on zillow, trulia or craigslist, and if you think you can't do it , how about you, the landlord pay the "agent" the $2500 fee. Why are you punishing me and my family ?
I found the ad online , I call the agent , and the agent NEVER knows details , and NEVER calls me back. Landlord+agent=tenant robbery
