My next of kin was inadequately supervised at this cramped, understaffed facility. Without proper supervision, or bed rails up, she fell from her bed face down on the floor. We do not know how long she was there, but from family and friends' visits earlier in the week, we noted 20 minute times when various alarms went off in her room and no one came.
Her trauma center doctor at Hackensack University Hospital told us to get her back there, but Select is resisting us. They may want a paying bed. We think it is more that they want her to recover at Select o hat we do not file the obvious lawsuit.
Very negative experience here. Avoid it.
