TERRIBLE experience with Seko. I ordered a couch that was sent to Charlotte NC instead of Raleigh NC. So that alone added a WEEK of extra delivery time. NO ONE contacted me to tell me this, I had to call customer service to figure this out. Then I had scheduled a delivery, on 5/22, between 8-12 for 5/56. At 11:15 I hadn't heard anything, I checked my tracking information to find that there was not a scheduled delivery. I called the guy I had talked to to schedule the delivery to which he told me HE FORGOT!! I said okay I will be home all day just delivery whenever. Then he told me he couldn't deliver to my apartment which is up about 15 steps and he would leave it at the bottom of the stairs. A 130 lbs girl CANNOT carry a 191 pound couch up a flight of stairs!! I offered him $50 to carry it up, he said okay he would be there within the hour. He called me back about 5 minutes later to tell me the box was damaged, he could see the fabric was ripped and they were sending it back. I ordered the couch on the 7th, it took almost 3 weeks to find out it is damaged and I cannot have it.
