Sega Transportation Inc

I recently utilized sega transportation for a move from Connecticut to Oklahoma. The process with the salesman was great, I explained that it was a small amount of items that needed to be transported and he took the job without question.
From that point on it was a disaster, pick up was 4 1/2 hours late. I talked to the drivers and they thought that the items would be going out on Monday for Oklahoma. On Monday I received an e-mail asking when I wanted the merchandise delivered and I responded with as soon as possible. When the items did not arrive at the end of the week I called and asked when the items were going to be delivered, the person responded that I needed to tell her when I wanted them delivered. I responded as soon as possible and she again responded when do I want the items delivered, I again said as soon as possible and she responded when? I told her as I had also responded to her e-mail that I wanted them delivered as soon as possible. She said she would call me the next week. I asked to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions and was always told that there was no supervisor available.
The following week I called and the same person told me that they still had not been delivered. She told me I had to talk to the dispatcher and gave me his number. Over the next 3 weeks I repeatedly called the dispatcher and he said it was a small amount of items to be delivered and he had no truck going to Oklahoma. I asked him why they took this job and he said they should not have.
When we were approaching 21 days from pickup (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) I called and told them that they were going to be violating the law if the items were not delivered by that day. And a miracle happened and they were delivered. Of note the delivery driver had 3 deliveries that day in Oklahoma!!!!

When my daughter unpacked the boxes there were 5 items (that were bubble-wrapped) smashed.

This was the worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them less then one star I would.

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE AS MR MICHAEL(SALESMAN) PROMISED ME MY QUOTE $1,258 SOMETHING AND I SHOULD HAVE MY STUFF IN 11 DAYS THE MAXIMUM..........I END UP PAYING LITTLE LESS THEN $1600 EVEN THOUGH THEY ESTIMATED ME FOR MORE CUBIC SQF THEN I HAD .. ON 28TH OF JUNE MICHAEL TOLD ME 11 DAYS I WILL HAVE MY STUFF WELL ITS 23RD OF JULY AND I SPOKEN TO EVERY PERSON IN THE COMPANY LAST TIME I TALK TO DONOVAN HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NO HE DIDNT CALL ME BACK LEFT FEW VOICEMAILS NO ANSWER SO TODAY I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE AND THEY SAID MY STUFF IS STILL IN THERE WEARHOUSE AND I WILL NOT GET IT BEFORE 30TH SO IT WILL TAKE 30 DAYS TO GET MY STUFF...IF YOU MOVING PAY THE EXTRA $500 IT WILL BE WELL WORTH IT DONT GO BY THE CHEAP PRICE ESTIMATE THEY WILL GIVE YOU I KNOW ITS GREAT TO SAVE MONEY WHEN YOUR MOVING BUT YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE IM AND PAY ALOT MORE THEN YOU WERE ESTIMATED FOR LIKE I DID I FEEL BAD FOR THEM CAUSE THERE ARE 13 WORKERS GOT TRANSFERED TO TEXAS 3 DAYS AGO AND THEY ASK ME TO GIVE THEM THE MOVING COMPANY INFO THAT I JUST USED AND I SAID DO NOT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WILL MOVE YOUR STUFF FOR HALF THE PRICE......GUYS PLEASE SHIP MY STUFF OUT NOW I WAITED LONG TIME NOW I HAVE MY WIFE MEDS AND MY DAUGHTER TOYS ARE IN THERE..

just got off the phone and my stuff is still in there warehouse 23days already
Michael gave me estimated for $1100 for 10 boxes 40"LED TV and a bed and when they picked up my stuff delivery guy tells me that my stuff is over 80 sqf but if you take care of us on TIP we will bill u just for 70 SQF so I had no choice to pay each of them $40 and they charged me $300 additional for 70 sqf well long story short DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY . If Michael or Donovan or anyone in this company give you good quote and tell you will have your stuff in 7-10 day well the truth is NO THEY ARE LIYING TO GET YOU TO SIGN CONTRACT . after 10days you call Michael or Donovan they will tell you to reach out to dispatcher and dispatcher will tell you SIR IT TAKE (21 BUSSINESS DAYS) TO GET YOUR STUFF THERE AND FEW MORE DAYS TO GET IT DELIVERED TO YOUR APARTMENT..... DONT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
