Loving place filled with loving people. They always help me in anything I need and answer all my questions. My medications are always done on time and if there's any issue the lovely workers call me ans tell me. I'm telling you they even special order things for me that they do not carry. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone, its the best one in the game:)

Ever suffer a torn ligament on the rib cage? Hurts like hell! I have and had my Doctor ask for the pharmacy to call him so he could give a verbal prescription. Well, the pharmacy said, " have your Dr. call us" I did so and we went back and forth for about one and a half hours until I asked for either Micheal or Vinny. I was told , " They are not here" I said to the clerk that answers the phone, "please I need your help here, we have been customers since we moved here in 1979" Finally she called my doctor's office and the prescription was given. I called back and was told," we have the prescription and it will be filled" Then the pharmacy clek asked if we wanted it delivered?" Sure , that would be nice. Several hours later I called back to ask why we haven't gotten the Meds yet? "He's out with it it should be delivered in 15 minutes" Ok, thanks. Well it has now been 5 hours since they filled it and still no delivery. The clerk seems to have an attitude and isn't very accommodating When a person is in pain it is not the time to exercise such disdain towards long term customers. . We're done with Sedgwick Pharmacy in the Bronx! Hello CVS.
