these guys sedwick cms after all the money they dont pay out the more they make for them self,these guys lie ,the supervior very rude and should be working at home depot,and adrian your side kick,they lose checks and paper work,you should report them for any mis use to consumer services bureau ,new york state insurance department at 25 bever street new york,ny10004,
