They are very effiecient and professional, from management to the staff, the 24 hour access can be helpful, that is a great option for customers, The lady manager ( I think her name is Melissa ) is very helpful and extremely courteous, the staff is also very knowledgable and professional, I have recommended secure self storage to a few family members and will continue to do so, Thanks for your great service, It really is appreciated.

Speaking to the representative was a very pleasant experience for me. Having to use the storage while my new apartment is being renovated has become much easier for me because of how easy the process was here. Also, they are very affordable and the location was much closer than I thought. It's not out of the way. I'm glad I chose this storage company for my things while I am in this transition.

I have been renting in zerega storage for a couple of years now and love this place is nice clean and the staff is always on point ....im glad i changed from another place to this one .....will reccommend this place...

I have been using Secure Self Storage at Zerega since 2012. The staff has always been helpful and very informative. It is very easy to get in touch with a manager and have any concerns addressed. Thank you! This location is very professional, safe and secure. I highly recommend them. I will continue being a long term customer.

When I 1st went to rent a unit I met Joy who was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous!
What a great example of the business ethics of Self Storage. I also noticed how clean and quiet the entire building is along with not being crowded, that is a plus for me!! Also, they manage your monthly payments by giving you several different and convenient choices/options. So far so good...I would definitely recommend this storage facility to others!
