Second Glance

When you walk into Second Glance it is easy to forget you are in a consignment shop. They do everything they can to give you a boutique experience. From a warm greeting when you enter, to starting a dressing room for you when you have clothes in your hands...I have even been offered a cappuccino! Gotta love that. Their prices are fair, even better if you catch them during a sale. :-) You just know they do what they can to give you a good shopping experience. I have consigned clothes there a couple of times. Sometimes they take what I bring in, sometimes they don't. Sometimes it sells, sometimes it doesn't. But I am never sorry I have stopped in.

I've enjoyed shopping at Second Glance for years! If you want a unique shopping experience it's a great place to get designer clothing for half the cost. When you first step into the store it resembles an upscale ladies' boutique (much more than what you think of a consignment store)! The clothes, shoes and accessories are all well organized and nicely displayed. In addition, the staff is always there to greet you with a warm and inviting smile and they will even help you put together a stylish new wardrobe if you ask! There are tons of designer names to choose from and always the latest styles in purses, shoes and jewelry. I'd encourage any savvy shopper that enjoys a good bargain and stylish clothes to give this place a "second glance"!

This store is ok for buyers but they make it extremely hard for you when you are a seller and not a friend of the staff. I've had bad experiences years ago with clothes they wouldn't accept (but was much better than what they have on their shelves).
I gave it another shot but I am done with them. Made an appointment two weeks ago and discussed with the owner I have necklaces that I am designing myself. Today, I got there and was told from a lady, the owner found a store in the city where she can get brand new necklaces for next to nothing and wouldn't accept anything else at this point. They didn't even call me to cancel or found one single word to apologize. Rude and disrespectful. Stay away from this store.

This is absolutely one of the BEST consignment shops in the area!! I've been a customer for years and now I'm a saavy seller. I just adore that everything is organized by color AND size. They have such a spectacular selection - not just fashion but jewelry and shoes. Second Glance should be your First Stop in shopping. :)

I picked out a handbag, and the owner said it was $28. I decided to purchase it, but she checks the prices online on her computer right in front of me. Then she tells me the price is now $59! Unbelievable! She should have checked the price beforehand. She never even told me that she was sorry. This is highly unprofessional and they should not operate their business this way. I will report them to BBB as well.
