Did a nice job on installation but don't expect them to respond or come back if you have a problem.
I had a wood banister installed by them and there were nail holes that needed to be filled in so they were not apparent. I paid in full trusting that they said they would come back to address this - they never came back so I filled them in myself. After 5 months the railing splintered on the curve. I called them and they never returned my call. So I hired another railing guy who came in to repair it.
Thats my review. You decide.

I used this company for refinishing my old wood stairs. The stairs came out beautiful and there wasn't a ton of dust. The job was done in a timely manner. I would recommended them to anyone.

The Worst Contractor that I have ever dealt with. They take your money and then just do not respond to your phone calls. Appointments with them is a joke. They say they will be there and they don't show up, don't call you and have excuses. Beware, they are also called JMP Stairs and Rail. BBB shows an F rating for them. They are also advertising on craigslist for work that they will probably not do. Stay away from these guys Mike and Rubin under all circumstances.

Of one best companies i had the pleasure to work with. I was working on my house in staten island, it was my dream project. And i knew i needed a grand staircase starting from the entrance of my house. Second generation stairs saw my vision and accommodated it to the fullest. The whole project came out amazing wish i could post a picture. Thank you
