I visited Seba Seba in Jackson Heights on two occasions. The dishes I’ve had there have been Pechuga de Pollo a Francesa, Bandeja Mixta and Churrasco asado, all delicious, all succulent plates.
My sister is hooked on their empanadas. I’ve tried both the chicken and the beef and can honestly say they taste very authentic. Note: the empanadas have to be eaten hot, and preferably with lots of their hot sauce/salsa (ask for extra). I’ll say that Seba Seba also has a phenomenal Tres Leches cake, pieces that are big enough to split with someone and even then you’ll have to spend an extra 20 minutes on the treadmill, but definitely worth it :)
A few drawbacks are: parking-it is crazy around there and also since Fridays/Saturdays Seba Seba gets very crowded the service suffers; on days that are very busy you can wait several minutes before a server even looks your way.
In terms of price, Seba Seba is very reasonable given the enormous-sized dishes. I give Seba Seba 3 stars.
