The marina is very affordable. However, once you purchase a slip their all kinds of small rules and thing that was never initially disgust in the verbal contract. For example, I would have 24 hour access to my boat and I would have access to electricity all I have to do is to unplug my boat when I leave. When I moved into the marina the electricity does not work. When I visit my boat I did not even bother to plug into the single outlet that worked any more. I planning to buy a second boat and I am thinking about Venice or some other marina in that location.
