Terrible management service. My wife was told so many lies. Apartment was NOT 100% ready when she moved in for a work assignment in Staten Island and there was never any place for her to park, which was dangerous. Would NOT recommend.

I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks. I was actually surprised someone picked up the phone. I inquired if there was an issue with the phones as any normal person would do when trying to get in touch with someone for a month and a half, and management was rude, cocondescending, and entirely unprofessional. I'm sorry, but if your job is to get people to rent your apartments, calling them a liar within the first 5 minutes is not going to go well for you.

It has been a real pleasure living at Seaview and has been just great. Thank you guys for everything, it has been luxurious to say the least!

I just moved to New York. I toured Seaview last week and am moving in! I am looking forward to settling in here. It is far more economical then living in Manhattan

I have lived in several places + sea view is by far the best apt I’ve lived in!!!..would recommend to anyone!
