I paid for a lunch by credit card and when i asked for the credit card receipt, I was told the machine has no ribbon and only got a register receipt. Next thing I know, my statement shows a charge of $56.22 instead of $5.62. The charge shows up under a different name, so go figure..
When I confronted them, they offered for me to just use up the charge as credit for future lunches. I insisted on a refund and did get the money back in cash, but they weren't very nice about their mistake - I didn't even get an apology.
