The tickets were not fake. I bought 3 Redskins tickets for the preseason game against the Jets at a very good price!

Seat Geek sold me tickets and sent me a confirmation and then didnt honor it and dropped me cold. They said it wasnt a purchase but an "order to purchase" ... even though I also got an invoice receipt and confirmation from "rightthisway" who were providing them the tix I bought. Both companies just ignored the sale as if they were obligated in no way to provide me tix. I guess these are the "phantom tix" that they other reviewer was talking about . Both companies say they guarantee their sales and are bonded/insured but pretty much it is a game of musical chairs to get the most bloated price and someone is left with no chair. Then they tell the person that an unfortunate mix up happened. But it is happening all the time so its business as usual for them. They said as long as I get my money back it isnt FRAUD. I say selling someone something and confirming it means there is a contract and not providing what the person purchased is FRAUD.

By far the easiest site to use to buy tickets. I was going to buy copa America tix on stubhub but once I got to checkout realized my tickets were way more expensive because of those bs fees. I then checked seatgeek and found a pair of tickets right near where I wanted to sit with a great deal score and the fees were included in the listing. From there, two clicks on my phone and I bought the tickets and am going to transfer the second ticket to my friend when they arrive. The app is so slick, never gonna use another ticketing app again.
