Their Die Hard battery is unreliable but comes with a guarantee. After my battery died I went to Sears for a replacement. Then they tried to sell me many things I did not need.

Very knowledgeable and professional sales staff selling junk. It is not their fault and they try very hard to be helpful. This is the only place where you SHOULD get the extended warranty. You will need it all the time.

Terrible management. Its like they have no pride in There job what so ever. Had a mower brought i to service 3 times. Waited 4 weeks and now they cant find it. The manager John really didnt care. Stay away!!!!!! Not to mention when you actually try to buy anything there you cant find anyone to ring you up.

I pre-purchased an appliance on the internet for pickup at the Sears store four days later. BUT two days after my online order I called the Sears store and cancelled the order. The telephone Sears rep said that I would get a refund on my credit card in 6 to 8 days. And, I NEVER received the product! A MONTH after this order, with NO PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME AS THE CUSTOMER, I STILL do NOT have a refund on my credit card. And I am having to dispute the fraudulent charge via my credit card company. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT SEARS EVER AGAIN - NEVER AGAIN. SEARS ARE CRIMINALS AND THIEVES.
