Since, December of 2015; I've purchased a stackable Washer and Dryer, Refrigerator, Range, and Microwave from Sears. On June 17, I went to return a fitness tracker that didn't work; I misplaced the receipt and found it that day. Since, the purchase was 38 days ago, I couldn't return the item. NO STORE CREDIT NOTHING. At that point I was tempted to return my appliances that were being delivered on June 20, but decided instead to never make another purchase at Sears.

It's so run down and looks like the doors could close anyday

Old time store. Downtown but with a big parking lot. Not in a mall. Never too crowded. They recently merged the separate appliance store into the main store.

I recently went on Black Friday and the experience was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Would recommend to consider on your next shopping trip!
