They are terrible! They really only want to steal your money and they pretend everything is okay with your car when they made the problem worse. I took my car there for brakes service and they charged me $350 and told me it was for everything. I still heard noise coming from the brakes and I took it back and they told me it needed more work done! I gave my car to them again and they charged me $600 but the brakes are still bad! Never again.

We purchased a fridge from Sears a few years ago on Black Friday and got a great deal, and the in-store staff and delivery guys were great too. But asking them to come out and fix the ice maker was not great. They wanted over $100 just to come out, and then it was going to be even more to fix it. There was cost for labor, cost for new parts. It just seemed very expensive.

My wife went into the changing room trying clothes on when a girl of about 20 went in and in the next room decided to pee on the floor.We went to a group of 5 empoyees standing around and told them there is a woman in there peeing ,and they said (probably there is )then they giggled. Also while there all the anouncments and advertisments were in spanish.This sears should be shut down for how it is dragging willowbrook mall down.
