I usually try to have positive when it comes to reviews but this place really is terrible, i made an online reservation so i wouldnt have to wait 5 hours like i always do when i go to this place but that didnt make a difference. Still ended up spending half my day when i got there. I purchased a lifetime alignment package only to find out that it was only for 6 months when i went to another sears. No one there seems competent (and i know that sounds harsh) but it really doesnt appear that the employees know what they are doing. Everytime i go there, there is a problem, whether its the wait time, lack of service, unable to fix the issue, excuses, and sometimes, all of the above.
