4+ hours to get an oil change. Yes i had an appointment at 10am and they were done by 2:20pm. They also made a mistake with my car's information. I will never go back to this place not even because of a groupon.

very shavy, not very professional manager, pushy to have maintenance not needed. It took all day for an oil change.
specially when I asked if I should come back? no she says, it will take a moment.......4 hours later I come back, still not done.

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Go in for an appointment at 8 am on a Saturday for an Oil Change. I'm told it's going to be at least two hours. They have 7 appointments for 8 and only 3 technicians. Says it takes at least 45 minutes to do an oil change (I went to Valvoline and was in and done in less than 30 minutes without an appointment). was told 3 different stories about how many people were ahead of me and how long it would be. Supposedly it would take more than two hours and the three people in front of me were getting the following done (4 tires) (Oil Change) and (1 tire). How does that lead to a 2 hour wait with an appointment? Oil changes take 10-30 minutes, 4 tires takes an hour, 1 tire takes 15 minutes. What the heck? Also came to realize that at least one of the people ahead of me was an employee on the clock. And why have two girls at the front desk,yet only 3 technicians? And what happened to diversity at this location? TERRIBLE, STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried to call with a question. No one picked up the phone. I called both the Auto Center and Customer service during store hours.

Went for a tire change cuz i had a flat tire at 12 pm then came back at 3pm to pick it up, unfortunately they didn't do it Cuz they forgot then waited 2 More hours to get it...
Another time went for a maintenance check, when I open my hood later on that day after check was done it didn't close properly apparently sears guys either force it to close it or force it to open my vehicle hood
