Worst Sears Auto store experience ever. I checked in the store at 8 am (probably first two customers) and it took at least 5 hours to change my tires and do an oil change.

Was here for oil change. I was told it will take 30 mins to take the car in for oil change. And once the car is in, another 45 mins for oil change. They took the car in after 30 mins. But did nothing for 1 hour. I kept asking when it would be done. Got no reply. After repeatedly following, they started doing the oil change. That was after 1hr 15 mins. Extremely unhappy with this. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Does it take 10 days to deliver and install a dishwasher here? Yes it does. If you have 10 days to kill and do not mind making a dozen calls and spending hours on the phone with people who could care less (since you are one of thousands of deliveries), go to sears.

I cancelled the order and went to PC RIchards. It took ten minutes, got a better deal for a better unit at a lower price with an installation in two days and a four hour delivery window.

I am NEVER going back to sears again for an appliance. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in buying an appliance. They made me feel like dirt and refused to give supervisors' names to protect themselves.
