Put in a service call regarding my Craftsmen snow blower. I thought it was done for and I needed to purchase a new one. As a last ditch effort, I scheduled an appointment with Sears. The appointment scheduling website was quick and very easy to use. Great technician! He called 30 min before arrival and was able to give my snow blower a thorough look over and a service. It is 10 years old but is now running like brand new!

The Tech was great and very informative, polite, and new what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. If all your techs are like that you should have no problems. I would call them again.

I appreciate Sears sending him. He is an efficient repairman. He even arrived before his scheduled visit as per my request.
I would use him anytime.

I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair based on my most recent service. We have a 3 year old Microwave and all of a sudden it stopped working. There was no power; the electrical outlet was fine. I called to make an appointment and it was scheduled a few days later. It turned out that a service contract was about the same price as one repair visit, so we chose that. The repair man came on time, fixed it quickly, and helped replace another part that was more cosmetic. It's working great again now. Turns out it was just a fuse, and the fuses on this model are well hidden.

We required a service call for our washing machine. The service representative, Tony, came at the exact time we were told. He was professional, helpful, courteous and a true gentleman in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend Sears Appliance Services to everyone.
