Scheduled 1st Repair. Service man came out, looked at machine, called someone at office and let them listen to machine, told me he had to order part, which would take no more than 2wks to come in and that someone would call me back to schedule for him to come back to put on part needed. I called back one month later to find out why no one called or came back, only to find out that 1st Repair man lied claiming he replaced needed part the day he came. I also found out that Sears never updated my new phone number in their system. I will NEVER, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS AGAIN!
