Sears Appliance Repair

The repairman was fantastic. He fixed a completely broken washer . It now works like new. He was very skillful and very nice .

very good; however this is the second time in 2 years the grill had to be serviced through no fault of the serviceman. If it happens again I look for another product not a sears model

Kudos to SEARS Home Repair center!!! The repair work was done on a timely/expeditious fashion, and
the service person was efficient, communicative and pleasant to work with.
We are SEARS' customers for life.

The only reason that i rated 2 stars is because the repairman were polite and respectful. When i called about my appointment this week because i am still having trouble with my dryer.,They told me the vent is clogged and it was written on my receipt. I HAVE A BOSCHE SELF VENTING DRYER. HOW COULD THEY SEND OUT PEOPLE THAT DID NOT KNOW IT WAS SELF-VENTING. The rep that i spoke to said i would have to pay for the visit ,even though i have a protection plan. THE REP SAID IT WAS THE END OF THE ROAD FOR ME AND THEY WILL PROBABLY CLOSE OUTTHE CASE. PLEASE CONTACT ME. I HAVE HAD A PROTECTION AGREEMENT FOR MANY YEARS . I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING.

Excellent job, very courteous and was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem the sameday. The only issue I had was with the scheduling time frame, it took 3 days before servicing my GE Refrigerator. Lost all my food.
