The Sears repairman that came to fix my refrigerator was an excellent worker. He fixed my refrigerator even though I had not turned it off as he had instructed me to do so. Unfortunately, the lady who made the new appointment with me to fix the refrigerator told me that I should not turn the refrigerator off. Luckily, he was able to get my refrigerator working after much hard work and I really appreciated it. I give him a 10 in a 1 to 10 score.
P.S. I would like to know how I can get a refund on the food that was spoiled while the refrigerator was out of order and for the expense when I had to buy food from take out restaurants for many days and nights.
