Horrible this was the 3rd attempt to fix this problem on the refrigerator, my next appointment is June 27th .....I have been without a working refrigerator since April 23rd. .....I will NEVER buy from sears again because I NEVER want to deal with this repair company again, customer service is horrible with this company

Service performed: Central air conditioner annual check-up under a Master Protection Agreement. The service technician was very thorough; he explained a lot about how the unit was examined (e.g., what information indicated it was working properly) and gave a number of DIY tips to help me assess the unit's functioning and maintain it at its best. He was very professional and courteous. Job well done!

The repairman was very helpful. He had a problem with the motor on my dishwasher. I was sent the wrong motor from the factory. He went to a distributer picked up a new motor and replaced it. Thank you very much for your professionalism. That is not always the case today.
