I will start off by saying the gentlemen who repaired my fridge was excellent. He was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I have no qualms with the service. My issue is the absurd cost. 250$+ for 15 minutes of labor is ludicrous. 90$ for a fan, bordering on robbery. 95$ just to show up, cruel. Luckily extended insurance absorbed those costs. I may have to repair it myself in the future once that expires.

The service guys did a good job. The scheduling and dispatch operation is a disaster. First, what company is still only offering a window of 8:00am to 5:00pm. Duh!! And then the service guys didn't even make that. No call or anything. When I called them, they said the guys had gone home; did I want to reschedule again? Same 9 hour window. Got email on the day of service saying the first guy would be there between 9:30 & 11:30. He wasn't. I called at 11:45 and they said they couldn't reach him, but left a message. He arrived a bit after noon, explained he had travel issues and told me they never called him. Even showed me his mobile phone and they've got tablets too... Again, service was fine. WHEN they got here. Great if you can afford to sit around at home for a couple of full days...

The service was done satisfactorily. The job was to replace a part in the broiler burner.
Nevertheless. The total cost of the repair, seems excessive on the following counts:
1) Labour cost is excessive (the job was completed in les than half an hour).
2) The part's cost is abussive,
Next time I will research better the market and choose a reasonable cost for the repair.

The repairs are very slow, it took 4 visits spanning 4 weeks to complete the repair. I had mentioned on the first visit the motor is probably bad, still they did not check the motor. They also don't carry parts along with them, every time it needs to be ordered that takes 1 more week. and they will also order unnecessary parts with out diagnosis which are all counted towards max part cost of only $500 and when the fee is $250. Also motor (probably the costlier parts) they put re-manufactured replacement not new ones. that also they had to order twice.
Overall its not a satisfactory experience, I would have been better of calling some local service.

From the beginning, the Technician was very professional, respectful and courteous!
She asked us (my wife and I) what was the problem with the dishwasher. After our explanation, she proceeded to diagnose the problem and seem to come to the correct conclusion. In a short time, the Tech repaired the machine and had it in working order.
We are most pleased and satisfied with the timely and effective service we received from your Technician.
