Nice Sears.
Good place for typical Sears products but more of a mini-sears.
Many items out of stock.
Convenient location for locals who don't want to travel to Willowbrook Mall. My guess is that, for some, you might end up going to mall anyway.

The associates here are the best. Very attentive and helpful. What I don't understand is why this place is so empty. Sears better get on the ball and do some aggressive marketing. The only thing duller and more old fashioned than the Sears name is their marketing strategy. Take heed Sears. The new Ace up the street is going to eat you for breakfast!

Went today to buy a Kenmore vacuum filter. There went 4 employers and nobody had time to help me , one was drinking his water and was not happy when I ask if he can help me. He just said " what you want" and turned me his back. Well I went home and ordered the filter directly from the kenmore web side ! I think Sears don't need the business !

Went in yesterday to buy sun and shade grass seed. Employee was more concerend with his personal phone call than customers. When I asked for his help he pointed to the back of the store, never ending his phone conversation. When I told him I had checked there already he told me that maybe they don't have any and that I should check back. Never ending his personal conversation.
I will never be shopping there again. Home Depot down the road had what I wanted and helped me out with it.
