Reviews to Sears
If you need a vacuum cleaner go to Sears. It always has a very good selection of home appliances. It was challenging to find a salesperson to wait on us and I was underwhelmed by the clothing selection.

The worker's are the worst, very rude and disgusting, when I asked about my order a woman put me on hold for 20 mins and when I asked her name she hung up on me.... I called back and spoke to another woman and told her what happened and she wouldn't let me file a complaint about my experience never shop here again

If there was a way to give less than one star, I would. THE WORST customer service experience I've EVER had. I called looking for a specific appliance and every time I got on the line with a customer service person—which was about once every fifteen minutes, because, I guess everybody there is deaf and can't hear the phone ring—they would just halfway listen and transfer me to another department. And most of the time without even telling me what they're doing. I didn't know if the call was dropped, they hung up on me, or they transferred me. And I say they only halfway listened because one time I literally said two words, "Beach wood," and the lady said, "Beachwood pillows? Yeah, we got those." It didn't mater that I wanted a Beach Wood Fruit and Vegetable holder. Finally I got on the line and said, "I just need you to listen my question and help me please, instead of just transferring me. I've been on hold for half and hour and everybody keeps transferring me," and you know what she said? "Hold on."

I wouldn't recommend shopping at Sears PERIOD. They try to pressure/scam you into signing up for their credit cards which has a ridiculously high interest rate and it isn't even worth the wait on the lines. Not to mention their cashing systems are beyond out of date, once you actually get to the register (after waiting forever) it takes about another 10 minutes just to get through the transaction. Maybe if Sears paid the workers better they would actually work....

The people in this store ar friendly. But if Sears wants to stay in business they need to make their web site user friendly and add more cahsiers in the store so the wait to pay is not so long, especially on the weekend.
