Terrible customer service. The fare was $15. I asked him for $3 back. He gave me back $2. I asked why and he said because he had to drive me around when in reality he took a wrong turn. I was in a hurry so I just left. Beware because these drivers determine what tip they want from you and will not give you back your money.

Absolutely terrible service. Persistently late. This time I called as a last resort because other legitimate car services were booked up. The dispatcher refused to send a car because I asked to be picked up in front of a bus station. I guess he thought I was waiting for the bus. Regardless, he hung the phone up. These people seriously need to learn how to run a business.

These guys called me randomly (I live in Texas). Not sure what they wanted but the guy was rude.
