Good knowledgable staff, professional and friendly.

I was recently certified in PADI Open Water, and required some equipment for an upcoming trip, including a wet suit and a magnifying insert for my mask. I was assisted by several of the staff, but had a problem with my magnifier, which I glued incorrectly into the mask. I was sure I had ruined both mask and magnifier. I returned to the shop where the owner, Bob took the time to save both items, and then he expertly installed the magnifier at no charge.
Not only am I grateful for the money saved, but am very appreciative of the time and attention shown to me. They stock an impressive array of gear and take the time to help you select what you need.

I was just recently certified with Scuba Network. The instructors are great and so patient. I was having trouble clearning my mask of water and we practiced as many times as needed for me to master this skill. I did my certifications dives in "Dutch Springs, PA with the Scuba network team. It was a very good experience and we had some fun too.

I purchased my BC with them and some other equipment. The prices are very competive and they will match the internet price for you when possible.

I saw a previous negative review and felft I neded to provide my two cents.

Martha, Steve and the team are Sweethearts and love what they do! They are professional and friendly.

At times, the store is a bit busy with steady customers (I made that determination from the first name basic everyone greets each other) So sometimes you have to wait a little but steady customers speak a thousand unspoken words.

In my opinion...Don't hesitate to take your certification with them. They are great!

I had a mixed experience here - I was certified and had a wonderful in-pool instructor who took the time and was patient with me.

The store, however, was not a good experience - I felt nickeled and dimed every step of the way, and it was poorly organized and managed. I felt like the store was deceptive in the way they quoted pricing and what was "needed" for the course and kept adding on additional costs to what was advertised and quoted. These extra costs werent communicated until we showed up for the first day of class, so by that time it was too late.
