Anyone looking for insurance, look no further! I am writing my comments to highly recommend SCS Insurance Agency. The owner, Mr. Anthony Charles is the owner of a family run business who came to my rescue when no one else could help. He personally took charge of my serious problem and was able secure the necessary insurance I needed when no other agency could.
For 35 years we never made a claim. Unfortunately, one of my tenants through her negligence started a fire in one of my buildings and consequently, even though we had a clean record my insurance company dropped us. Sound familiar? My long time agent could not get me the proper insurance as well as several other agencies we contacted. It was a dead end and time was running out. In addition, I had another situation with a property which became vacant. Again I was dropped by my long time insurance company. He again within days secured the necessary insurance to cover the property.
Mr. Charles personally took charge, we had a 1 ½ hour meeting and he secured the necessary insurance policies through a highly rated insurance company. He called me later and said “I am not a miracle worker but I just know how to present your circumstances to underwriters”. He has over 35 years of experience and his agency has a superior reputation.
I was so grateful, I turned over all my other building and personal insurance to him and he efficiently transferred all my policies.
