This place is excellent!!! Trust the five star reviews and definitely try it. It is a place where you can forget about your worries, pretend you are in Italy:) The food is delicious and the prices are pretty reasonable given the quality of food. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The decor is nice.
Great atmosphere.
I am eager to come back for dinner and try their homemade pastas! I highly recommend this place.

I am a big fan of their pasta!! It was homemade, fresh and cooked to perfection!!! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I can't really understand why Scopello doesn't gain more stars here. I LOVE this restaurant!!! The best restaurant and bar in Brooklyn really:)

It is surely one the best Italian restaurant around, Food is great and fresh and service is friendly, they make you feel comfortable like part of a family, It is a neighbors favorite, theater days can get crowded is better to reserve a table, I love also to eat at the Bar, fresh food and Best eggplant Parmigiana ever.

Perfect solution to BAM. Curtain was at 7:30 and we had to pick up tickets so we went at 6pm. Each of us had something different and all was fine. Timing of dinner was perfect as they are good at getting you out stress free. We liked it.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals, and the service was excellent. My eggplant parmigiana was delicious and not too heavy, considering that it is a rather heavy dish. My husband loved his Chicken Marsala, which was richly flavored but light. The fish (I'm sorry, I don't remember the dish's details) was a hit with my parents.

Our server was attentive and warm. He poured my Weihenstephaner like a pro! I highly recommend Scopello, and was very pleased that we did not have to wait.
