Schumacher Chevrolet in Little Falls was great to work with! I normally don't write reviews but I had such amazing customer service that I felt compelled to write one. Jim P. was my salesman and he and the sales manager Daniel worked with me to get an amazing price on new Chevy Equinox. Not only did they have the best pricing but Jim and Daniel were not pushy and did not make the sales experience uncomfortable at any point. They never pushed the sale, they only worked with me to get the best pricing! Highly recommended. I would work with this dealership again in a heart beat!

I had taken my car for service because it had failed the state mandated emissions test. After it was serviced, to my surprise it failed again. Ed and his team looked into it and stated their opinion that the problem was with the equipment at the inspection station. They offered to take the car back to the inspection station, at no charge, and work directly with the state technicians to resolve the issue. They did so, and the car passed inspection. This is truly "above and beyond" service, I am most appreciative.

Went to lease a Chevy Volt and they gave me a very good price and took care of me quickly and efficiently. Overall I had very good experience at Schumacher Chevy.

Very pleasant experience. Set me up with a loaner when the repairs took longer than expected. Good communication throughout far better than other Chevy dealers in the area, I'll be back when my service is due.

Great customer service. Specially Luis & Marie, They're very persistent and annoying in giving you phone calls. Their Boss is kind enough to set in front and give room for negotiation. I was force to buy a good looking Camaro then..:D
