No complaints so far.

Love my fence so no complaints. I, too, felt like I was badgering to get my installation dates, but other than that they were pleasant and professional. The crew that installed my fence were a nice group of guys that made the little changes I asked for - even if it meant taking out a whole wall of slats and reinstalling. Their price estimate was also in line with small Home Improvement Contractors.

This Company is extremely unreliable! An appointment was set up for today 5/26/15 which was scheduled over a week ago. Never received a courtesy call as stated for the appointment time.
I called to get an update and the receptionist stated that their wasn't any paper work. The excuse was they must have taken the order but they are downstairs. We will call you back which no one ever did. After 2 hours I had to call again to be told they will have to reschdule for next week some time. I took off of work to be here for this company, so I told them to disregard my estimate as they have done so already. I will look for another company which that is more reliable and worthy of receiving my business...

I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. After I paid up front for the fence, they dragged and dragged and dragged the scheduling. Now I too have an issue with the fence and they're dragging their feet on repairing it. I definitely don't recommend using them at all. Jerry screamed at me too when I asked when they would be coming to install it. What a great business man. Baghdad has been customer service.

I had my PVC fence installed the summer of 2012. months later it was crooked and leaning. I have been calling them since May '13 (its now October) trying to get someone out to the house to fix it. The owner Jerry actually had the nerve to scream at me, saying I could wait, why am I in a rush?!? He then had the nerve to tell me to find another company to fix it and he didn't have time!! They finally give me an appt., never showed up, never bothered to call. I've been dealing with this for months now and it seems like my fence will never get fixed. DO NOT USE THIS FENCE COMPANY unless you want the run around. The customer service is horrible and the quality seems just as bad!
