We had a very pleasurable experience from the get go. He was always professional and had an extensive knowledge of the law. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, when I was very unsure of the whole procedure he lead us right through it step by step making be feel very comfortable. He was always available and returned our messages asap. His customer service skills are 5 star plus and I work in a 5 Star industry so I'm rarely impressed by the service that I get, however this was exceptional so I had to comment!
