I couldn't be happier with the care I am given here. I used to live in Westchester and have been with this practice forever.
I am glad they are growing and have a massive facility to cater to all my needs. They must have about 40 doctors now specializing in all medical areas from cardio to derm.
There are machines to test you for bone density, stress, ekg, exrays, etc.
I love the new facility, it's state of the art with computer check in, coffee, bathrooms, big screen TVs and tons of clean nice chairs. You walk in to comfort and relax before they pick and probe you. The doctors listen and care. My personal physician knows my name, recalls the name of my X, and always asks how my children are.
I thank, Dr J Yuen for finding what is wrong with me and taking the time to make sure I stay healthy!!!

The main reason for me choosing them is that they have the facility to do all sorts of testing. Unfortunately that is also the biggest drawback. As someone mentioned below, they will do LOTS of testing even for simple things and will never end.

For my physical last year , they did a chest xray. ( I don't smoke or drink) . When the doctor asked to me to do again this year, I said no. I was even prepared to walk out if he disagree.

I find this facility to be extremely friendly, professional and thorough. It's good to go to a doctor's office where you are known by name, not just another chart. I am much happier with their new location, the office is very modern and it's a nice space. This facility also diagnosed me and has been taking great care of my health. Wouldn't change it, the are very accomadating and the whole staff is very caring. Let's admit it, no one is perfect but they are close.

This office caters mostly to senior citizens. They do have their share of younger patients (including me) and have nearly everything at the facility (travel vaccines, ultrasound, x-ray, etc.). They do a more thorough annual physical than 99% of doctors out there and are pretty sharp about listening to you and figuring out if they should follow up on a symptom/clue.

They were the first doctors in 7 years to figure out that I had a condition easily treated but rarely detected.

Unfotunately, they alo run a bunch of tests, some of which they KNOW are not covered by insurers (e.g. EKG) and make you sign a waiver before treatment to say you will personally cover procedues if the insurer does not. That is not really fair as you cannot possbly know that an EKG is not part of a normal physical and thus never covered.

I think the EKG bit is because they have so many older patients. So, I guess you may have to take the good with the bad.

If you need a good primary physician or a gastroenterologist, I do recommend them. Just watch out for that EKG -- tell them your insurance does not cover it and decline the service before they put those doodads on your chest.

Also, I have never waited more than 15 minutes there and they actually have a sign reading that you should alert the receptionist if you have been waiting 30 minutes or more -- at least they did when I first went there a few years ago.
