The food and the service was exceptional. We shared a spaghetti entre as an appetizer and it was phenomenal. The fish was perfection, not overcooked. The beet salad and mushroom polenta were heavenly and the bread served with fresh Mozzerella and lemon infused olive oil was worth every calorie! And so were the desserts. I come from a family of great cooks. My brother and niece both on Master Chef so I am very particular about food and continuously disappointed, but not at Scarpetta. Highly recommend. Next time I am in New York I will be back!

Awesome food and knowledgeable bartender!!! I don't remember her name but she knew how to make a martini which made my day after a very stressful long day!!! Love it...thank you!!!

The atmosphere at Scarpetta attempts to be trendy and exclusive, but it's really just annoying. From the hostesses with an attitude to the waitstaff pushing expensive choices in a "polite" way, the experience feel artificial and the decor is bland. The food is good, however, and the only reason the restaurant got 4 stars from me. Otherwise, it's 3 stars all day long.

Another great Italian restaurant, atmosphere was cozy, lovely, classy and romantic. The restaurant feels comfortable and the staffs were helpful and friendly. The drinks here are excellent and tasty. The food was awesome and creative. The foir gras ravioli was so good and flavorful. Overall great restaurant everyone should try this place.
