I think once they figure out a way to charge you for the air in the waiting room, its going to appear on your bill. I will be finding a new vet, I have had it with their shake downs. If you can buy 100 OTC tablets at Walmart for $8.00. You will be paying $8.00 for 4 tablets when they "send you home" with them.

I would not recommend this veterinary hospital for any of your pets needs very unprofessional!!!! I was interested in adopting a kitten and get turned down by one of their employees because I live too far away?! what kind of veterinary hospital turns down ANY interested responsible animal lover? So disgusted by this place. The lady I spook too was very unprofessional and very rude and I thought the members this hospital hires should make anyone want to adopt an animal not discourage them all together!!

This complaint is in regards to Dr Joseph R Chiosi who happened to run the practice of Sayrebrook Veterinary Hospital PA I took my rabbit to the vet Dr Joseph R Chiosi at the Sayrebrook veterinary hospital for check up..she had mites. His assistant a young fellow was taken notes before doctor came in i corrected him that misspell the word mites. That should of been a first clue for me that his staff and him ***** well uneducated. When the doctor started checking my bunny he couldn't find the mites till i pointed out to him he went to grab a book to see what kinda mites it is. When i asked him how she could possibly get it he had no answer gave me the book and left the room. Finally according to the book vet injected a shot to my rabbit and said that it will kill all the mites and in less than two hours my rabbit died. He either injected the large amount of medicine or injected the wrong one. When i tried to confirm him he said that he will check and call me back the next day and never did and so his finance assistant Jill. I kindly asked for my money back because my rabbit did not get the correct treatment and died shortly after,he refused it and blamed me for bringing a sick bunny which is not true she was eating well and pretty active before the hospital visit she did have some minor mites problem but it wasn't anything that she can die from . My llionhead rabbit is more than a family to me i love her dearly she didn't have to die if i didn't take her to the hospital she would of still be alive. It just bugles my mind that vets like him still work in the hospital and own a license.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I walked in with three stray kittens off the street; the staff took good care of them and explained things to me and they were very patient. Will be taking my kittens there for all their future visits.

Sayrebrook has been our vet for the last 20 years and we love them. They know our pets and our family. The level of care provided is top notch. You will not find a better Vet.
