Great music and atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Hookah with fruit head at no extra charge. BYOB.

One of the worst restaurants in the whole New Jersey area. Very dirty, saw cockroaches climbing on wall. The food tastes awful and this is in addition to the rude owner who try to trick you in the bill and add stuff that you never ordered. I recommend that you think twice before thinking of ever going there. Save your money better than going there, this restaurant is not worth a penny.

I love this place!! I go to Sayat at least once a week, and have gotten the best treatment. The lunch portions are great and I'm always stuffed when I leave. The staff is so sweet to me and I am not Armenian so I have no clue what that other reviewer was talking about. I am pleased 100%!!
