Saw Mill Auto Wreckers

I went to Saw Mill to look for a car for my son who is going away for college. I was able to negotiate the price and get a good deal on a Hyundai Sonata. The salesman there were excellent and made me feel comfortable purchasing the car. From now on, this is my number one choice to buy cars from.

I have bought Transmission for Nissan Juke, Came and replaced, bad, when its open and drained there was water inside, I called and they send me another one, We replaced again, Again bad. Same story from flooded car. This whole process cost , Two time Labor to replace $ 1100.00 CVT oil 8 Qtz 143.60+143.60= 287.20. Total Cost $= 1387.20. This can happen in normal situation it happens. But They know about their transmissions and knowingly they send flooded parts. Cost of trany was $800.00
Now I am buying from different place, and this Job cost is just in loss 1387.20 because this business is not an honest business.

I'm rating them 1 because 0 is not an option.

I bought a part from them for my car, that they told me had a 6 months warranty. After one month it conked out and I returned it to them.

They refused to return the money I paid, saying that the returned item didn't have their "markings." I am 100% sure that its the part they sold me.

What reputable company would treat customers like that? Sad really.

Stopped by there to check out a few of their "salvage" Cars. The prices I was quoted were Asinine for cars which were salvage, rebuildable or 907. Dont forget that if you decide to trade a car with a salvage in most dealers wont accept it.
The "Owner" who may be wealthy but dressed like a homeless vagrant, also came in stinking like he just smoked an ounce of weed. Now what you do on your own time I couldnt care less, but not really the way to run a business.
