If you are shopping for boards, be sure to call in advance to see if they have the brand/model in stock. They were listed as a dealer on Lost Surfboard's web site, but they don't carry that brand anymore. This shop sells mostly $1000+ 'art' surfboards and $180 hand planes, although they do have a small selection of 'respectable' non-hipster boards such Hayden and JS. The staff seemed a little bit deer-in-the-headlights when I asked about specific boards/dimensions, but were friendly enough and I suppose sales of those $1550 Bings help the economy. I can't really give it 4 or 5 stars because it's more of a fashion/lifestyle cafe than a surf shop. What would help their cred is a connection w/ a local shaper/artist instead of selling the same California brands you can find at Mollusk in SF or Icons of Surf in San Clemente.

Great coffee bar, relaxed vibe, and beautiful boards to look at while you're daydreaming from the work you're doing :)
