Satish Palace Indian Restaurant

Reading the reviews, I thought this restaurant would be good but it was such a disaster. I believe these people do not understand the concept of Indian food. A whole plate of rice was served with dry chicken, looked like they wanted to get rid of cooked rice, raita (curd) was served with salad and not with parantha, mint chutney is actually grinded onion, there was no other chutney in the restaurant. The service was equally pathetic. Someone served us with papad but forgot to give the menus. The person taking the order had no clue about the items on the menu. The guys serving in the restaurant looked tired and not interested in working there or may be they think that everyone loves Indian food no matter how it is served. A plate of onions which was supposed to be served along with dry chicken came 15 minutes after the chicken.

I can probably keep writing bad things about this place, I hope they improve and we can enjoy better food for the price we pay.

I like their byob policy. The staff are very friendly and will run around to get you served. Quite small for size though.

I ordered enough takeout food to last a weekend with no prior knowledge of this place and i am impressed. The food had was has to be the best Indian food i have ever had. My girlfriend and I purchased a some wine and didn't leave the house until it was time for work on Monday. I usually eat Jamaican food and for the first time i can say that this was exponentially better. N

I really love Satish Palace. I think the food is fantastic. Have had take out maybe 5 times and have ate there at the restaurant once. The staff is great. The guy who seems to be in charge and who is usually hanging out behind the cash register when I pick up my food is very funny. He made me "LOL" twice so far. The restaurant is BYOB. Thanks Satish!

My favorite restaurant hands down. They are friendly, have the greatest food, and are affordable. I doubt you'll walk out not in a food coma.
