Buildings infested with bed bugs and they lied about the infestation before leasing and moving in. Has been a nightmare since I moved in.

Thank you so much for a wonderful first NYC apartment experience. My roommate and I will continue to try and rent from the apartments in all of your buildings. We look forward to working with you in the future.

Do NOT rent from Sassouni. Their buildings are infested with mice, and they do NOTHING to alleviate the situation. We bought our own traps, searched for holes ourselves, and alas we never got rid of the problem. We literally lived with mice for the entire year of our lease. We even asked for an architect to come in and give a professional look around the apartment to spot any entry holes for mice to come in, but Sassouni refused to help. In our apartment alone we caught upwards of 15 mice and saw many more, and always had droppings--I can only imagine how many mice OTHER apartments caught as well.

These buildings are OLD and dirty, and unless you want filthy mice invading your space on a daily basis, find a different company--for your own sanity.
