Used to be a regular customer but the owner on 3 different occasions didn't have my clothes ready by the promised date. He wasn't very apologetic either. Even though I lived across the street, the third time was the last straw and decided to go to the cleaner on 9th and Bloomfield. Much nicer owners and we're on time 100% of the time.
