Worse experience. Fatima is unprofessional and doesn't know what the hell she is doing. she is a liar and waste your time. once you pay her she disappears, doesn't return text or calls and then when she does appear she has excuses for not giving money. DO NOT TRUST HER, SHE IS A THIEF!!!!!

I've been looking for a 2 bedroom I could afford in a decent area which is harder than it sounds in the BX. Fatima searched and searched for an apartment to my liking, and she never gave up. Every time she had something new she would call me so i'm very thankful for her help. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Owner is the worst business person I have ever dealt with. Dishonest and untrustworthy, refused to take any check $75 for a background check that was never done and after holding my money for two weeks telling me the lease was signed by the landlord never told me that the landlord was no longer renting the apartment. I went to the landlord who was shocked to see me there and asked me if the owner didnt tell me that he was no longer renting. When confronted didnt take any responsibility and took four days to return all my money always with an excused.
