Dr. Santoro was on my Aetna website as a urology specialist. I booked an 11:00am appointment. At 11:50am, I was brought into his office to be evaluated. He was interrupted by a phone call regarding his phone system. He spend approximately 10 minutes on the phone and then asked if I could hold on for a second while he worked on his phone system. I left the office and I was floored by how unprofessional he was and how he has no regard for a person's time.
