Helped me to destress. Have taken several treatments and it has definitely helped me to feel calm and relaxed. This was the first time trying ayurveda and it was nothing like an ordinary spa treatment. The shirodhara is a must try. I have started taking the weekly meditation classes there as well. Looking forward to taking the yoga classes and listening in on the food and nutrition classes that are offered. This is helping me to make small changes in my daily routine and I feel the difference. Glad I found this place.
