i tried this out to learn what it was all about, and to have had the experience. i thought it also may help. i am extremely impressed, including with how noticeably helpful it is! i continue maintenance treatments, herbal liquids, etc. with great appreciation. thank you!

Eastern (Indian) Ayurveda Practice is a long term treatment and has cure for several ailments which has no cure in Western Medical Practice.

First, you can't get at this hotel from Woodbridge Avenue. You have to take the Raritan Center exit and make the first left onto King Georges Post Road.
I specifically wanted a room with a fridge and microwave as I would be working odd hours and room service/ restaurant wouldn't be an option for me quite often so I called before booking. They said that the rooms with kingsize beds were the ones that had them. OK, so I booked a smoking room with kingsize bed. I get there and no fridge or microwave. Apparently, only non-smoking floors have them and despite promises to have them moved up to my room, after 2 days nothing appeared with no messages for reasons why. (BTW, I'm a HI Priority Club Platinum member).
I was surprise that another review said they were doing a refurb. earlier this year. Not sure if the smoking floor is different from the rest but the room was not what I expected from such a "high quality" hotel (the lobby is quite beatiful in marble.) It's in need of being refurbished. Wall sockets hanging off the walls; an old AC unit that was loud and woke you up when the compressor kicked in and bathroom towel rack hanging on by a thread. Mind you it was quite a bit cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express not far away and another Holiday Inn a few exits away on I287 so I guess you get what you pay for.
There is nothing around near the hotel. You are in a business park area. There is a restaurant/diner attached to the hotel called Harolds NY Deli. Forget about dining there unless you want a burger. I called down for room service I was told they are a "family style" restaurant which means that all the meals are for 2-3 people ($40+) and they don't do single person meals! You are going to have to go quite aways to find any other restaurants. There is a Chinese and Dunking Donuts just up the road if you are so inclined! Make sure you have a GPS or a good map of the area! They do have an in-house bar but not sure what, if any, food they serve. There is no "room service" menu in the "Welcome guide" I had to call the front desk to have Harolds room service menu sent up). When you get onto the internet it takes you directly to the hotels home page and when you check out the dining choices, you can, supposedly, order room service directly from the site but clicking on any of the menu choices doesn't work.
So, if you are by yourself I wouldn't recommend staying for very long unless you have a big appetite!
